چکیده
The present study was carried out to throw light on the anatomical, morphological and histological changes of oviductal infundibulum pre-laying, laying regressing reproductive stages chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus L.) from indigenous (6-10 months), sonali (3-19 months) rhode island red (RIR) (4-18 breeds. Anatomically, pre-laying chicks each breed not well differentiated into funnel neck parts, but in hens it subdivided two regions. parameters i.e. length, breadth weight were determined. mean length at three breeds statistically significant (F2,6=9.35, p<0.05; F2,6=7.62, F2,6=41.93, p<0.01), showed insignificant values (F2,6=2.56, p>0.05; F2,6=3.36, p>0.05) whereas significantly different (F2,6=5.60; p<0.05). (F2,6=0.89, F2,6=1.25, they difference stage (F2,6=7.81, For study, paraffin sections (5-6 μm) prepared stained with hematoxylin eosin layers recognized under microscope. features varied regards mucosal folding, sub-mucosa, mascularis serosa all anatomy, morphology histology revealed that differences among resulted breeds’ variety for cellular by accumulation secretory materials egg production. Thus, this might be helpful producer, geneticist conservationist.

متن کاملGenetic characterization of Bhutanese native chickens based on an analysis of Red Junglefowl (Gallus gallus gallus and Gallus gallus spadecieus), domestic Southeast Asian and commercial chicken lines (Gallus gallus domesticus)
The genetic diversity of Bhutanese chickens needs to be understood in order to develop a suitable conservation strategy for these birds in Bhutan. In this, work, we used microsatellite markers to examine the genetic diversity of Bhutanese chickens. Four Bhutanese chicken varieties (Black plumage, Frizzle, Naked neck and Red Junglefowl-like, corresponding to Yuebjha Narp, Phulom, Khuilay and Sei...
متن کاملANG II and baroreflex control of heart rate in embryonic chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus).
ANG II alters the short-term blood pressure buffering capacity of the baroreflex in many adult animals. In embryonic chickens, high plasma ANG II levels contribute to baseline mean arterial pressure (MAP, kPa) without changing heart rate (ƒH, beats/min). We hypothesized, on the basis of these features, that an ANG II-induced reduction in baroreflex sensitivity is present in embryonic chickens a...
متن کاملVocalization Characters and Forkhead Box P2 (FoxP2) Polymorphism in Indonesian Crowing-Type Chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus)
Crowing-type chicken is one of the important chicken breeds in Indonesia. This study was conducted to investigate the crowing characters of Pelung chicken and the effect of exon 7 FoxP2 gene polymorphism in mute chicken. Chicken were obtained from local breeder. Pelung chicken crowing and morphology characterizations were conducted in Cianjur, West Java, Indonesia. Chicken breeding (♀ ...
متن کاملClinical and acquired immunologic responses to West Nile virus infection of domestic chickens (Gallus gallus domesticus).
Numerous bird species are highly susceptible to North American strains of West Nile virus (WNV), and although domestic chickens are relatively resistant to WNV-associated disease, this species currently represents the most practical avian model for immune responses to WNV infection. Knowledge of the immunomodulation of susceptibility to WNV in birds is important for understanding taxonomic diff...
